However, it's never too early to work on figures, which is why we currently spend at least a part of our Sunday and Thursday sessions training them. <br /><br /><strong>So what is a FIGURE? </strong><br />According to the FINA Handbook a figure is <em>"a combination of basic body positions and transitions, performed in a manner and order as prescribed by the FINA handbook rule descriptions"</em>.<br /><br /></span></span><strong>How do we train FIGURES?<br /></strong>There are 8 figures under each Age Group.
