Head Coach - Lenka

Lenka is a Swim England Artistic Swimming Coach, Level 3 Judge and Level 2 Swim Teacher. She has been involved with the sport for 30+ years starting out at Iuventa Synchro in her native country of Slovakia. She then moved to the US where she grew up and swam Nationally for several clubs including the Town of Tonawanda Aquettes, Northern Virginia Nereids and Potomac Valley Pearls. She moved to London in 2007 where she joined Seymour Synchro as both a coach and Masters Artistic swimmer. She now lives in Nottingham with her husband and two boys and is very excited to continue to grow the AquaStars and promote the sport of Artistic Swimming.
In 2015 and 2016, Lenka featured in a TV advert for Kuoni Travel UK's "Find Your Amazing" campaign. Check it out HERE! She also featured in ROMANS music video for the song "Uh Huh". Check it out HERE! She was also named Swim England Artistic Swimming Performance Coach of the Year in 2024. |

Lead Coach - Sally
|
Sally is a Swim England Artistic Swimming Coach. She is mum to AquaStar alums Gen and Maddie and also Roddy who swam with Bramcote Swimming Club. She got into Artistic Swimming coaching after initially just helping out poolside. Sally really enjoys working with the AquaStars, be it grades, figures or routine work. Since starting, she has also qualified as a Level 2 Aquatics Teacher and Level 3 Judge.
